Apex Control Instruments

Apex Comparison Type Pressure and Vacuum Gauge Testers find application for testing and calibration of pressure and vacuum gauges, transducers and other pressure/vacuum sensitive instruments, by comparing the gauge with a standard test gauge. 

Apex Comparison Type Pressure and Vacuum Gauge Testers comprise the following:

• A manually operated pump to generate a vacuum up to 700 mmHg and a pressure upto 100 Kg/Cm2 (also upto 1500 Kg/Cm2 with special pumps).
• Cut-off Valve.
• Two Gauge Posts (1/2" BSP (F)) - One for mounting the gauge under test and the other for the standard test gauge.

Apex Comparison Type Pressure and Vacuum Gauge Testers are precision instruments which are simple to operate and at the same time extremely accurate. The main components (listed below) are mounted on a sturdy steel base, which has adjustable levelling screws.

Pressure-Vacuum Pump
Manually operated pump for generating vacuum upto 700 mmHg and pressure upto 100 kg/cm2, designed for strength, durability and convenience in operation.

Oil Reservoir or Priming Pump
Either of the two are provided depending on the range.

Needle Valve
For cutting-off the pump/reservoir from the pressure/vaccum circuit.

Gauge Posts
Two gauge posts which provide a convenient means of mounting gauge under test and the test gauge. Each gauge post is of size 1/2" B.S.P.(F).

Levelling Screws
Four in number for exact levelling of Tester.

This instrument is supplied complete in all respects and in ready to use condition for the calibration of pressure gauges etc
